Green Hills Foods Coconut Aminos is a healthy alternative to soy sauce with 17 amino acids. The sauce has the same distinctive flavour as soy with only half the sodium.
When a coconut tree is tapped, it produces a nutrient-rich sap that pours from coconut blossoms. The sap is then collected in small batches to ensure it provide optimal health benefits. This sap is very low glycemic (GI of only 35), is an abundant source of amino acids, minerals, vitamin C, broad-spectrum B vitamins. It is then blended with mineral-rich Balinese sea salt and aged to produce the hearty flavour. The unbleached, unrefined sea salt is hand-harvested from the country’s black beach sand shores and packed with health-boosting minerals. Our coconut aminos contains 17 naturally occurring amino acids, a huge boost to daily diets
Ingredients: Organic Coconut Nectar, Organic Pure Coconut Blossom Sap, Natural Unrefined Sea Salt (less than 2%).
