¼ cup Green Hills Organics Hemp Oil
1 cup Green Hills Coconut Ginger Sugar
1 Cup Egg Replacer Powder
1 tsp Green Hills Organics Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Green Hills Organics Coconut Powder
¼ cup Green Hills Organics Breadfruit Flour
1/3 cup Green Hills Organics Carob Powder
1 tbsp. Green Hills Organics Hemp Protein Powder
¼ tsp Green Hills Aluminium Free Baking Powder
¼ tsp Green Hills Un- Refined Sea Salt
½ cup carob covered almonds (chopped)
- Preheat oven to 350o and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl mix together the oil, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine the Coconut Powder, Breadfruit Flour, Carob Powder, Hemp Protein Powder, baking powder and salt; gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Stir in carob covered almonds. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20- 25 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from the edges of the pan. Let cool on wire ack before cutting into squares.
