Like curcumin, research suggests boswellia may be helpful for conditions such as ulcerative colitis, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and inflammatory bowel disease. It is can also be an effective painkiller and can be found as an ingredient in certain supplement for joint health.
Dosage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily preferable with meal or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
