In plants, the hexaphosphate of inositol, phytic acid or its salts, the phytates, are found. Inositol is used for diabetic nerve pain, panic disorder, high cholesterol, hair growth and insomnia.
Dosage: Take 1 serving 1 to 3 time daily with beverage of choice‚ or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
