Green Hills Foods Virgin Avocado Oil is cold pressed from the pulp of the fruit. The unrefined oil, Organic Virgin Avocado Oil carries a darker green colour with a characteristic odour and taste. The oil is known to be rich in vitamin E and the essential fatty acid Oleic Acid. Because of its particular fat ratios, extra virgin avocado oil has a high smoke point of 400°F (204°C). This makes it extremely adaptable in the kitchen for anything from sautéing to stir-fry, baking to salads. This oil can also be used for body care.
