Description
Oregano (Origanum vulgare) is medicinal herb from the mint, or Lamiaceae family. It has been used in medicine for thousands of years. In Greek, oregano is called “joy of the mountains.” It is also known as wild marjoram.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily. preferably with food.
