Victoria Herb’s Sleep Complex is a melatonin and valerian-based sleep aid blend. Our formulation focuses on more lengthier and more restful sleep duration, and less lethargy upon waking up. Melatonin and valerian were use as the base for sleep complex due to their rich history. Melatonin and Valerian are use traditionally in western herbal medicine to help relieve mild nervous tension and restlessness.
Recommendation: Take 1 -2 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime.
