Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that stops the production of ROS formed when fat undergoes oxidation. Vitamin E is believed to provide protection against toxins such as air pollution, premenstrual syndrome, eye disorders such as cataracts, neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, and diabetes.
Dosage: Take 1 softgel daily preferably with meals‚ or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
